| How much does it cost? | ||
The first lesson is always FREE. Wear loose fitting clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt (no shoes/trainers are worn when training). When you arrive, please make yourself known to one of the blackbelts. The prices (payable to one of the instructors) are:
