Bolton Taekwon-Do gains 3 third degree blackbelts!

Congratulations to Mr Lewis, Mr Hall and Mr Clarkson - who all passed their 3rd degree blackbelt today at the Glasgow grading.

3rd degree is a particularly challenging grading, involving requirements to break pine boards with both legs;

a) by flying overhead kicks (boards held horizontal at a height of the practitioners maximum reach - approximately 8ft high for a 6ft person!)

b) by performing flying side kicks over two people
