2004 UKTA Scottish Championships
Congratulations to Kieran Holt on his first competition. He was unfortunate to draw the eventual gold medal winner of the patterns in the second round, but that didn't phase him and he went on to storm the sparring. If it wasn't for the hamstring injury he stustained in the first round he may have gone all the way for a Gold medal. As it was, using only his hands and left leg, he gained a very respectable bronze medal. A good day for a first attendance of a championships.
